Modern Home near Central Seoul

Welcome to our modern and spacious apartment in Seoul. You’ll have a private room entirely to yourself, suitable for up to two guests. The room has a sofa bed with an additional comfortable topper for sleeping. Guests are also welcome to use the shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and dining/work area. The apartment is relatively new, bright, clean, and well maintained, with plenty of space to relax, have a meal, or work during your stay. We live in the apartment, so we may see each other during your stay. However, on weekdays we’re usually out for work from around 8 a.m. until the evening, so you’ll have plenty of privacy and time to enjoy the apartment on your own. We’re happy to give you recommendations or answer questions about Seoul and Korea. If our schedules happen to match, we’d also be happy to have a chat or spend some time together, while completely respecting guests who prefer to enjoy their trip independently. The apartment is located in a residential area of Seoul with convenient public transportation to many of the city’s main attractions. It’s a good option if you’d like to experience staying in a real Seoul home rather than a hotel or typical tourist accommodation. Please note that there is a KRW 200,000 cleaning contribution for GuestPoints stays, which can be left in the provided envelope.
