Room for rent

Spacious and bright room with a double bed, desk, and built-in wardrobe. Two people live in the house (my son, a student at the University of Alcalá, and myself). The apartment is in Azuqueca de Henares, 4 minutes from the Renfe train station, 10 minutes by train or car from the University of Alcalá de Henares campus (2 stops, and 3 for the main campus); another 10 minutes to the Guadalajara campus (1 stop); and 40 km from Madrid (over 1 hour by train). It's in a quiet area, close to supermarkets like Mercadona (4-minute walk), AhorraMás (5 minutes), and shopping centers. We have central heating and air conditioning in the living room.
