I am a mom of two children- a boy and a girl. We're a very welcoming and warm family. We love outdoors and eating out. We all have different sports interests and love to go out to cinemas. Our main aim of sharing our cozy home is to learn from our guests, as they too learn about England and Brighton & Hove from us. We look forward to sharing our home with you.

House rulesOur main rules are that you clean the kitchen after use, you can discuss with me if you want to include use of kitchen at a fee, any meals, etc, which will be charged separately.
- Our main rules are that you clean the kitchen after use, you can discuss with me if you want to include use of kitchen at a fee, any meals, etc, which will be charged separately.
- Laundry is inclusive for the first month if staying for more than a week, it'll be chargeable at £5 per week.
- Smoking is not allowed in the bedroom, we have a beautiful back and front garden with outdoor chairs and tables to use should you want to smoke.
- Heaters are set to come on at 16:30-00:00 & from 5:30am- 7:30am in winter. Please feel free to request for heating throughout the day at an extra cost of £7 for a full day.
- Please make payment on first day of arrival after reviewing the room, then a key will be provided to have throughout your stay. If you cancel your stay prior to the end, please note that a refund will not be possible as other guests will have missed out on booking the room. Please feel free to speak/call or text me about anything.
- Any use of drugs or illegal activity is not allowed on the premises and guest will be requested to leave without a refund.
