Booking Deposit

• A non-refundable booking fee/deposit of €100 is payable at the time of booking to secure the room.
• The €100 booking fee is treated as an advance rent payment and is deducted from the first rent instalment/month's licence fee.

Security Deposit

• A security deposit of 1 week's rent is due before move-in on a nominated date.
• The deposit is returned after move-out, subject to the room being handed back in the same condition and all rent being paid in full.

Pay In Instalment

• Rent is paid monthly in advance.
• Rent can also be paid in full or by instalments, if preferred.
• Tenants may pay a lump sum at the start of each term or pay in instalments.
• Flexi contracts are available.

Mode Of Payment

• Rent payments can be arranged through the property's payment setup via the personal portal.
• Local currency Direct Debit is advised to avoid fees, reduce payment deadline issues and prevent missed rent payments.

Guarantor Requirement

• A guarantor is required.
• The guarantor is responsible for the tenant's financial obligation to pay rent if the tenant is unable to do so.

Replacement Tenant Accepted

• Cancellation before the licence start date may be eligible for a licence fee refund only if a replacement student is found, at management's discretion.
• A replacement student may also be required for early termination after the licence start date, subject to approval.

Other cancellation policies

• Booking fees are non-refundable.
• Failure to sign the Licence to Reside before check-in may result in cancellation.
• Serious or repeated breaches of house rules may result in termination of the licence.
