Security Deposit

Guarantor Requirement
- 1. A guarantor is required to book a room with the property.
- 2. If you do not have a guarantor you will have to pay a guarantor waiver fee and an additional deposit of 1-2 month's rent.

Cooling Off Period
- 1. For 1x1, 2x2 and 3x3 floor plans, there is a termination fee of 2 months of rent with a 60-day notice.
- 2. For 4x4 units there is no cancellation policy unless the tenancy is taken over by a replacement tenant.
University Course Cancellation/Modification
- If your course has been cancelled by your university, please reach out to the team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will liaise with the property team to review your request on a case-by-case basis for cancellation. The resolution will be subject to the property's assessment and the terms of your booking.
Deferring Studies
- If you have deferred your studies, please contact the team and share your updated university documentation. We will notify the property team to review your request for cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are assessed individually, and the final outcome will be subject to the property's review and booking terms.
