Booking Deposit

• A deposit equal to 1 month's rent fee is required when booking.

Security Deposit

• The security deposit is equal to 30.5 × the nightly rate, approximately one month's rent fee.

Pay In Instalment

• Monthly payment is available.
• Each payment is due every 1st of the month.

Mode Of Payment

• Payments are made in Euros.
• Card payments.

Guarantor Requirement

• Self-guarantor (Applicant) is accepted.

Additional Fees

• Advance Rent Payment: 1 month's rent fee is required.
• Parking Fee: €25 per day.
• City Tax: €3 per person per night for the first 5 nights, payable upon or after check-in.
• Student Takeover administrative fee: €350.

Cooling Off Period

• Full refund is available if the booking is cancelled within 14 days after booking confirmation and at least one calendar month before the Check-In Date.
• No refund is available if the cancellation is made more than 14 days after booking confirmation or less than one calendar month before the Check-In Date.

Early termination by students

• The Contracting Party may cancel the stay during the term by paying a cancellation fee equivalent to three months' rent.
• If the remaining stay is shorter than three months, the cancellation fee equals the rent fee for the remaining period.
• The rent fee already paid for the month of cancellation is not refunded.
• Payment of the cancellation fee does not allow the Guest to remain in the room after the confirmed adjusted Check-Out Date.

Delayed Arrivals & travel restrictions

• Late arrival or early departure during the month of the Check-In Date or Check-Out Date does not result in a refund.
• Any unpaid rent fees remain payable in full.

Replacement Tenant Accepted

• A Student Takeover is available as an alternative to paying the cancellation fee.
• The outgoing student must find another student to take over the Hotel Agreement under the same conditions.
• The replacement student must also be registered as a student at the university.
• The takeover can start only from the 1st of a month.
• At least 30 days are required to process the takeover.
• An administrative fee of €350 is payable.
• The new student's full name, phone number and email address must be provided before the end of the month.
• The takeover is confirmed after the new student's deposit is received.
