Booking Deposit

• 1 month's advance rent payment is payable at the time of booking.

Security Deposit

• The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month’s rent.
• The security deposit is payable after move-in.

Pay In Instalment

• Rent is payable monthly.

Mode Of Payment

• Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
• Debit cards accepted: Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit.
• Apple Pay is accepted where supported.
• Google Pay is accepted where supported.
• PayPal is accepted.
• Klarna is accepted, with payment or instalment options depending on the country and applicable plan.
• Bank transfers and cash payments are not accepted on the platform.
• Payments are processed in euros (EUR).
• Note: If the payment card is in another currency, the bank/card provider converts the amount into euros at its applicable exchange rate.

Guarantor Requirement

• No guarantor is required.
• Income proof is not required.

Additional Fees

• €440 service fee, payable as a one-time payment.
• €450 admin fee, payable after move-in.

Delayed Arrivals & travel restrictions

• If you are unable to travel due to government-imposed travel restrictions, please contact the team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will facilitate the request to review your circumstances and explore the possibility of cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are considered individually, and any outcome will depend on the property's review and applicable booking terms.

University Course Cancellation/Modification

• If your course has been cancelled by your university, please reach out to the team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will liaise with the property team to review your request on a case-by-case basis for cancellation. The resolution will be subject to the property's assessment and the terms of your booking.

Deferring Studies

• If you have deferred your studies, please contact the team and share your updated university documentation. We will notify the property team to review your request for cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are assessed individually, and the final outcome will be subject to the property's review and booking terms.

Other cancellation policies

• Flexible:
• The first rent payment is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 30 days before the contract start date.
• Moderate:
• The first rent payment is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 60 days before the contract start date.
• Strict:
• The first rent payment is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 90 days before the contract start date.
• Non-refundable:
• The first rent payment is non-refundable.
• Note: The landlord/accommodation provider selects the applicable cancellation policy.
• The cancellation policy applies only to the first rent payment.
