• RULES FOR THE USE AND CONDUCT OF THE RENTED ROOM
• These rules form part of the contract and establish the basic rules for use, safety, and conduct during your stay.
• 1. Room Use
• • The room is for the exclusive residential use of the tenant(s) identified in the contract. Its assignment, subletting, or use by third parties without prior authorization is prohibited. The room, furniture, facilities, and common areas must be used properly, and any damage or malfunction must be reported. Visitors must respect the peace and privacy of the residents. Overnight stays by unauthorized persons and the holding of parties or large gatherings without prior consent are not permitted.
• 2. Conduct
• • Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, noise that may disturb the rest of residents or neighbors must be avoided. Common areas must be left clean and tidy after use. Respectful behavior must be maintained, avoiding disruptive, unsanitary, or dangerous conduct.
• • 3. Safety and Prohibitions
• • Smoking is prohibited in the room and throughout the property. The use of high-consumption appliances or any items or substances that could cause damage, fire, or electrical overloads is prohibited without authorization. Upon departure, lights, air conditioning, and any appliances that should not remain on must be turned off, and taps and doors must be closed. Keys may not be copied or given to third parties and must be returned at the end of the stay.
• 4. Key Deposit
• A set of keys will be provided upon receipt of a €20 deposit, separate from the security deposit. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the complete set. In case of loss or damage, the documented cost of replacement or repair may be deducted.
• 5. Check-in and Check-out
• Check-in will take place at the agreed-upon time. At the end of the contract, the room must be left tidy, free of personal belongings, and with all keys returned. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
