Booking Deposit

• A deposit of 4 weeks of the selected room type is required.
• Timing: at the contract stage (before booking confirmation).

• Bank charges for sending and receiving banks are payable by the sender.

Pay In Instalment

• Monthly payment options are accepted.

Guarantor Requirement

• No guarantor required.

Cooling Off Period

• Up to 30 days before check-in: 100% refund (excluding booking fees).
• Up to 14 days before check-in: one-week penalty, remaining amount refunded (excluding booking fees).
• Up to 7 days before check-in: two-week penalty, remaining amount refunded (excluding booking fees).
• Less than 7 days or early check-out: no refund.
• Note: Refunds are processed within 90 calendar days.

No Visa No Pay

• If a student’s visa application is rejected after payment has been received, all tuition fees are refunded, excluding non-refundable fees such as enrollment fees, deposits, booking fees, visa fees, admin fees, bank fees, courier fees, and third-party fees.
• Note: Refunds are processed within 90 calendar days.

Early termination by students

• Withdrawal is defined as the termination of a course after it has started.
• Withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the School Director.
• No tuition fees will be refunded once the course has commenced.

Other cancellation policies

• Cancellation refund structure for tuition fees:
• 30 days prior to course start date: 100% refund (excluding non-refundable fees).
• 14 days prior to course start date: 50% refund (excluding non-refundable fees).
• 7 days prior to course start date: 20% refund (excluding non-refundable fees).
• Less than the above timeframes: no refund.

Delayed Arrivals & travel restrictions

• If you are unable to travel due to government-imposed travel restrictions, please contact the team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will facilitate the request to review your circumstances and explore the possibility of cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are considered individually, and any outcome will depend on the property's review and applicable booking terms.

University Course Cancellation/Modification

• If your course has been cancelled by your university, please reach out to the team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will liaise with the property team to review your request on a case-by-case basis for cancellation. The resolution will be subject to the property's assessment and the terms of your booking.

Deferring Studies

• If you have deferred your studies, please contact the team and share your updated university documentation. We will notify the property team to review your request for cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are assessed individually, and the final outcome will be subject to the property's review and booking terms.
