I am a professional working in Dublin city centre. I have a lovely cosy house within easy access to the city centre, with a bright single room to rent. Lovely south-facing garden and off-street parking available. The house is a five-minute walk from the Luas tram stop and is within easy access to the city centre and many of Dublin's colleges/universities.

- There is no TV in the house but there is high-speed broadband. Guests are not allowed to be brought to the house unless agreed in advance.
