The bed can be set up as a single or double, and the room includes a desk for focused work, generous storage, and plenty of natural light in the mornings. The large en-suite bathroom features a walk-in wet room and a powerful hot shower — perfect after winter walks. A kettle is provided in the room, and you’ll also have full use of a well-equipped kitchen with your own cupboard space. Wi-Fi is included, and the house itself is a welcoming family home set in the leafy, elegant neighbourhood of Clontarf. You’ll be spoiled for choice with local cafés, restaurants and walks nearby, as well as St. Anne’s Park and its much-loved Saturday farmer's market. Dollymount Strand is within walking distance. Transport links are excellent, with a bus right outside the door that runs along the scenic seafront into the city centre, plus another that goes directly to DCU. The Dart station is just a ten-minute walk away. Payment: Payment of a months rent of €950 is due once the booking has been confirmed. This is to cover damages and will be refunded on departure once there are no issues. The months rent of €950 is payable on arrival and monthly in advance after that.
