Fully furnished lower-level room available in a welcoming family home. The room includes a queen bed, desk, closet, and private bathroom. The lower level also features a shared living room, office space, small gym area, laundry room, separate entrance, and private fridge. Tenants also have access to a large shared kitchen and south-facing balcony. All utilities are included in the price (hydro, heating, water, and WiFi). We are a family of four (plus a friendly cat) living on the main floor. I work as an Aircraft Mechanic, and my partner is a hairstylist and business owner. We’re an active family who enjoy getting outdoors and creating a relaxed, respectful home environment. A few previous tenants mentioned our listing looked “too good to be true” or AI-generated haha, but we promise it’s real! We’re simply a down-to-earth family looking to share our home with kind and respectful people.
