Your hosts are Jayne and Steve Weatherbe, both 77. They have been hosting for 40 years, lately young women from Japan, S.Korea and Hong Kong, usually three at a time. We enjoy including our guests in such things as kayaking, Christmas, birthday parties, card and board games, attending dance performances, etc. We invite our students to enjoy our garden, back porch, living room, not just stay in their rooms. Our home is old, large and comfortable, 10 minutes from downtown Victoria by bus, 15 from CAmosun College. And 25 from University of Victoria.
