Enjoy the beautiful bedroom and shared spaces in my family home. Marvel at the ocean, wildlife, ships, and float planes from the living room. Enjoy the sunlight with south west exposure. A full private shared bathroom, living space, balcony and kitchen. There is ample free street parking nearby. A shared fenced garden is yours to enjoy, and there is a shared laundry in the unit. I am often traveling so you will likely have h to e entire condo to yourself a good portion of the time. Steps to transit, the Westsong walkway and the bike trail. Internet included. This Homestay is very close to CFB Esquimalt, a 20 min walk to downtown and a 30 min bus ride to U Vic!

- First of all, I hope to welcome you as a guest to this safe, quiet, and peaceful seaside residence! It is ideal for a quiet, professional woman who is studying or working in the region.
- No smoking and guests only if approved by the host. No parties.
- I travel a lot, so the entire space will be yours a lot of the time. Please note that there are sometimes a dog and/or cat with me when I am home. I cat sit for my son when he is away and have a small Morkie. Everyone loves them both!
- The space is ideal for 1 with a queen pull out bed in the bedroom. All other spaces are shared.
- Happy to chat further about options and expectations to see if it is a good fit for everyone.
