Quiet Double Bedroom

• • Shoes: No outdoor shoes indoors, and no indoor shoes or bare feet outdoors.
• • Smoking/Drugs: This is a 100% smoke- and drug-free home. Smoking or drug use is strictly prohibited, even outside. If you are a smoker and do not disclose it before booking, you may be asked to leave.
• • Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (11 PM–9 AM).
• • Cleanliness: Clean up after yourself and return anything you use to its original place. I don’t charge a cleaning fee with the expectation that you keep things clean as you found them after each use. Alternatively if you wish, a cleaner can be arranged for €50/week.
• • Energy Use: Be mindful of energy consumption as prices are high. Turn off lights and appliances when not in use.
• • Mould Prevention: Air the bedroom regularly and avoid leaving wet towels or clothes in the bathroom to prevent mould.
• • Bathroom: The bathroom is shared, so please keep it clean. Remove any hair that falls during grooming.
• • Kitchen Use: Light cooking only. Strictly no frying or cooking with strong odours. Clean the stove, countertops, and other surfaces after each use.
• • Safety: Please ensure all lights, doors, and windows are closed before leaving the house.
• • Key/Access Codes: The key and access codes are for your use only and must not be shared with others.
• • Payments: Payments are in cash (Euro only). The key and access codes serve as your receipt.
• • Proof of Address: This address may not be used for employment, visa, or legal purposes.

Length of stay

• Minimum stay: 3 nights.
• Maximum stay: 120 nights.
