It’s a new mid terrace house in a new estate, we speak French and English, We have one single room and one master bed with own bath and toilet We are a family of 4 persons including 2 kids, one is 5 and 15 years, use of kitchen- we do provide cups/plates etc. After use of kitchen and bathrooms- cleanliness and tidyness pls Payment on arrival please in cash we live beside the LUAS to go to city centre-red line S8 BUS TO UCD BELFIELD DIRECT AND BESIDE HOUSE Check in after 2 pm Check out 11 am.

House rulesIt’s family with kids one is 5 and 15 years. Respect is very important in terms of dress code please, no beach wear type of clothes or nighties outside your room or unappropriated clothes will not be allowed as we are a family home with kids,

- Cleaning fee every fortnightly is 20Euros for long stays
