Single bedroom with separate shower room. 3 mins walk to dart station to Howth, Malahide, Bray and Greystones. Ample bus service to City Centre, Howth, Malahide, Blanchardstown and Point Theatre. Beside local pharmacies, supermarket, coffee shops, bar, restaurants and St. Anne's park. The sea shore is a 20/30 min walk from my house. It is 15 mins from city centre by bus/dart and 20mins to Dublin airport by public transport/taxi. ***Unfortunately I do not have wifi in the house - I use hotspot on my phone.*** I can supply towels, fresh bedding and use of the kitchen facilities. My cat is mainly outdoors and if guest does not like cats then I will ensure the cat is always outdoors when the guest is in the kitchen/living room.

Homestay will process 25% at the time of booking, which includes a 15% service fee to be paid to. The host will collect the remaining 25% directly before the guests arrive. Once the booking is confirmed, we will contact the guests to share all pertinent information. Bank details will be provided later, or you may choose to pay through PayPal.
