• Host house rules:
• No house guests or visitors during your stay.
• All doors and windows must be locked when leaving the house.
• Any appliances, hairdryers, etc., must be turned off and unplugged when leaving the house.
• Shared spaces, such as the kitchen and bathroom, times of usage are negotiable.
• Guests will have access to utilities, a washing machine, etc.
• Clean up after you use the kitchen or bathroom.
• 25% deposit due two weeks before arrival, and full balance due on arrival. Monthly payments can be arranged for longer stays.
• Bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are provided.

Length of stay

• Minimum stay: 30 nights.
• Maximum stay: 365 nights.
