We are 15 minutes on the bus to city of Dublin. 25 minutes' walk from our house into the city. we live in a quiet estate. My husband and I live together. our two children are grown up and do not live with us at the moment. My son may come back to live with us from abroad.

House rulesWe do not allow friends to stayovers as the room is single occupancy only. No cooking permitted after 10pm. No smoking in the house.
